After a decade working with one of Orange County's premier industrial brokerages, I developed a vision for a company like Logistic Real Estate Services.

Observing that developers, landlords and institutional ownerships are the dominant interest with nearly every commercial brokerage, it became clear that tenants and owner-occupants were incorrectly viewed as merely means to an end and not an important force needing exclusive, dedicated representation.

This imbalance does not reflect the reality that tenants and owner-users are also  integral to property and lease values. With the vast majority of professional real estate brokerages and brokers focusing on solely landlord interests, solving this imbalance was in order and Logistic was conceived.

The Logistic vision is the perspective of the tenant, advocacy for the tenant and loyalty to the tenant and those property owners who occupy commercial real estate.
