Just like an accountant or lawyer, the Logistic philosophy is that we have fiduciary responsibility to our clients and exclusive advocacy for our client's interests.

 

In other words, if you're not successful, we're not successful.

 

Logistic has established protocols to avoid conflicts of interest created when real estate brokerages and/or brokers attempt representation of both landlords and occupants ("dual representation") in the same transaction.

 

My business is run by what I hold to be the principles of my life.

 

I believe your broker should be fully dedicated to giving you the best advice for achieving the best terms and conditions without dual loyalties.

 

 I won’t just tell my clients what they want to hear, I will try to give them the world of Real Estate as it really is and try to give them solutions that work in reality.
